What are focus groups and the trade off and advantages
focus groups consist of larger groups with certain similarities. advantage is it facilitates a discussion and provides new insights.
The tradeoff is between homogeneity, similarity between participants, and informativeness, as small differences can lead to new perspectives but large differences can lead to disruption
what consists of good and bad questions?
good questions are open-ended, clear, focused, and encourage detailed responses
bad questions are closed-ended, complex, leading, and vague

involves indirect form of questioning that asks people to project motivation, feeling, and belief
