What is a stakeholder?
An individual or group of individuals with an interest in the change ( Project/business/external stakeholders)

Summarise each part of the CATWOE
Customer - the beneficiaries of the transformation
Actor - Those responsible for performing the business activities
Transformation - A short description of the business activity ( i.e lending books)
Worldview - The stakeholders perspective of the world within which the organisation operates
Owner - Who has the authority to change or even stop the activity
Environment - The condition/rules under which the organisation must operate
How do we analyse stakeholders ?
We analyse each stakeholder to understand what weight they bring .
This can be measured by :
1.viewing the power and influence the bring to affect the change and
2. there level of interest in the project
How do we identify conflicts ?
The stakeholders worldview can all be different depending on that stakeholders perspective .
A analyst must be aware of this and take it into account when dealing with stakeholders .

What is the Power/Interest Grid
It is a technique for analysing stakeholders . It is important to place the stakeholder where they are and not where they should be.
