- direct address, small studio/bedroom, slang, gaming/social media terms, down to earth: started off as a consumer playing popular games in his bedroom like any other teenager (relatable, authentic)
- humour, banter, pranks: young audience

- type of videos: gaming, boxing, pranks, diss tracks, keeps up with trends to target mainstream audience and individual fanbases of those areas

- documentaries reach global audiences
- can be involved through commenting, closer relationship with him
- the ability to know so much about someone and their life through their videos, other social media and information online leads to parasocial relationships
- audience producer convergence: fan engagement in real time, wide scope of formats

- offensive content appeals to less mature audience whereas doesn’t appeal to older, mature audience
- “Old vs New KSI” videos appeal to both
- audiences may develop a parasocial relationship with him
- ideas cultivated: the idea of masculinity being defined by physical fitness, strength and interests such as football and gaming, anyone can become successful with a hard work ethic
