A
- Details of complaint should be sent to Best Practice Manager in writing. 2. Acknowledged within 7 days. 3. The person dealing with complaint will respond within 28 days. 4. If not satisfied can refer matter to the Property Redress Scheme or the RICS Dispute Resolution Service.

What is the Professional Indemnity Cover?
A
KF has a minimum cover of £1m but will be tailored to the instruction. Andrew Gooding has been appointed Chair of the RICS’ PII Working Group to tackle issues like reduction in supply, increases in premiums & increases in policy exclusions.
