Insepction - wasting, deformity, swelling, bruising
Palpation - effusion, local tenderness, popliteal swelling
Movement tests for range of movement
- straight leg raise => rule out quads tear
- compare extension on both sides => rule out locking
- McMurray => rule out meniscal tear
- Drawer => ACL, PCL injuries
