Principles of FFA:

A
  1. Define the target of the change.
  2. Identify the driving and restraining forces.
  3. Analyze driving and restraining forces.
  4. Allocate a value of strength to each of the forces.
  5. Develop an action plan which aims at reducing the power of the restraining forces whilst also increasing the power of the driving forces.
