What does the renal pelvis do?
Drains urine from two or three major calyces of the kidney
What does the medulla of the kidney comprise of?
The renal pyramids - the points feed into the minor calyces
Where is the cortex of the kidney?

What are the anterior visceral relationships of the left kidney?
Left suprarenal gland Stomach Tail of pancreal splenic flexure jejenum
Where do kidney lymphatics drain into?
Lumbar lymph nodes
