Prophylactic Abx, usg in 48 hrs if dilated urinary tract in male or bilateral hydronephrosis. 4-6 weeks in unilateral dilation and any anomaly in female

A
micturating cystourethrogram, to exclude psoterior urethral valves requiring cystoscopic ablation.
