Keeping housing sustainable and safe ( Chapter 7, WA1) Flashcards
( mostly on negative impacts)
What are some environmental impacts from building houses?
- Deforestation
- Mining
- Depletion of water underground
- Global warming
What are some impacts of deforestation?
Environmental ( Global warming), Economic ( Depleting of natural resources) and Social ( Indigenous people)
What are some materials that are used to build?
