- High insulin and Low Glucogen –> hypoglycemia

- Increase risk of Wilms tumor and hepatoblastoma

-Cardiac:
° Bicuspid aortic valve (number 1 cardiac anomaly)
– Horseshoe kidney and other renal defects
– Estrogen treatment indicated + GH
