Epithelium - 40-50 microns; superficial squamous cells, wing cells, basal cells (secrete basement membrane made of IV collagen)
Bowman’s 15 microns
Stroma: decorin and lumican ; water should be 78%
Descemet : 10-12 microns
Endothelium : 2000 - 3000
