What is the difference in dependency fingerprinting/photos vs delinquency ?
Dependency: finger printing and photos files/records must be kept separate from adults.
They must be maintained on a local basis only, not to be sent anywhere
Delinquency: must be separate from adults as well but, photos and fingerprints must be sent to state depository in same manner as adults
