Eternal light, symbolises God’s relationship with us and how God is omnipresent

Two black boxes that jews wear to pray, inside the boxes are the words of the torah

What is a Tallit’s significance?
-reminds Jews they are obeying God’s word

It reminds Jews that they should be concentrating fully on God when they pray and their prayers should come from the heart

A jewish person dies: describe what happens?
-Jews belive the body doesn’t fully leave the soul until the burrial takes place(family members are left to grieve without following religious rules)

- mourners must stay at home:-mirrors are covered, cannot focus on their appearance + prayer services held 3 times a day
