Attack on Pearl Harbor
On December 7, 1941, the Japanese bombed the military facility of Pearl Harbor. It killed over 2,300 Americans and sank 8 ships, some of which are still leaking oil.

Prejudice against another group for little factual reason
Scapegoating
Blaming an entire group for something they didn’t commit. In history, it refers to the practice of putting all of your sins into a goat before sacrificing it.
