Im approx 86kg (dont judge me) so i would need:
40+20+66mL =126mL/hr or 3,024 mL per day

ISR rule off 10’s
10mL LR/%TBSA (rounded to nearest 10%) per hr w/ hourly adjustments based on clinical respose and UOP
- for patients 40-80kg
- add 100mL for every 10kg>80kg

Again with my 86K it would be 10mL LR/%TBSA + 100mL - or round down maybe?
