• gov. must spend more money for education, childcare + healthcare w less eco. active ppl putting money into gov. through taxes
• larger workforce required to support needs of youth, putting pressure on these services
  
  • e.g. larger class sizes in school bc of teacher shortages
• if FRs don’t replace pop., there will be issues from a larger elderly pop.

• 95% Muslims: women don’t get a say of how many children they have
  
  • most live in rural areas so need big family to work
  • 11/1000 die from giving birth + IM = 73/1000

• many unpaved roads as gov. can’t afford
  
  • few can afford electricity
  • 3000 children, only 26 classrooms + 6 toilets
  • shortage of workers
