  • Everyone should be allowed to follow their religious beliefs? What if these beliefs lead to violence towards others?

promoting a fair society by challenging injustice and valuing diversity- ensuring everyone has equal access to provisions, equal opportunities and rights

  • god creates every human so every human is special
  • all humans reflect qualities of god
  • Jesus treated people with dignity i.e. helping the poor
  • “Thou shall not kill”- gives humans the basic human right to live

unconditional love- always doing what is best for others even if it means suffering for yourself.

  • Jesus reached out to all people in society- cured lepers even though he could’ve gotten sick
  • Jesus healed on the sabbath to show love
    -Jesus died as a sacrifice for human sin

  • tear fund- alleviates poverty ect.
  • MLK- fought for rights was then assassinated
  • salvation army- helps with homeless, drug rehabilitation…
  • many Buddhists support fair trade- ensures workers have good conditions
