What is the main aim of the ISPS code?
To control the access of unauthorised persons onboard inside any port
to monitor the activity of cargo operations

Cargo ships and passenger ships of 500gt and above and mobile offshore drilling units

log book that is with the ship for entire life
Continuous synoptic record
What is the company security officer?
A company appointed person whom is responsible for ships security assessment and for the onboard survey to confirm the development and implementation of the SSP Ships security plan

In charge of all security duties and responsible for all other crew members
and for duties as rewuired by the SSP
