Adjectives
Adjectives ending in o and a in the masculine and feminine singular , add an s in the plural. Adjectives ending in e in the masculine and fem singular add s for both plurals. Adjectives ending in a consonant are the same in the masc and fen singular; both plurals add es. Adjectives that end in z form the plural by changing z to ces. An adjective may precede the noun to emphasize the quality of the adjective. Adjectives that end in a stressed vowel i or u usually add es to form plural. Some adjectives may drop the accent mark in order to keep the stressed vowel.
