A
  • pain relieved by defaecation / associated with altered stool form / bowel frequency
  • alternating constipation and diarrohoea
  • urgency
  • incomplete evacuation
  • abdo bloating, distension
  • mucous on PR
  • worsening of symptoms after food
  • nausea / vomiting
  • bladder sympt
  • backache

  • stress
  • menstruation
  • gastroenteritis (post infection IBS)
