A

Usually normal should not have associated fevers, rashed, blood in stool
abdominal tendernesss, ispecially in the lower abdomen is common, but not pronounced

What is the symtpomatic treatment medication for IBS?

A

Methscoplolamine 2.5-5mg orally before meals and at bedtime
Hyoscyamine .125 mg orally
Diccolimine 10-20 mg PO quid
