Pallor, dry skin, blue sclera, atrophic glossitis, spoon nails, angular Chelitis

Oral: 300-325mg TID
IV: 10-15 ml x5doses

Modest reticulocytosis peaking in 7-10 days, HbG normalizes in 6-8 weeks
