Graphic over that comprises of the enemy’s composition (Identification and organization of a threat. [what the threat has/bring to the fight]) and disposition (How threat forces are arrayed on the battlefield.
Includes the recent, current, and projected movements or locations).
Threat template
Graphical depiction of a potential threat COA. When combined with a threat COA statement, creates a complete threat COA
Situation template
Graphic overlay used to confirm or deny enemy COAs. Used to develop the information collection overlay and decision support template. Event template always accompanied by an event matrix.
