(Tobacco, Sunlight, Ionizing Radiation, Chemicals, Viruses, Lack of Physical Activity, and Poor Diet)
INTERNAL RISK FACTORS
(Age, Gender, Family History, and Genetic Mutation)
WARNING SIGNS
C hange in bowel or bladder habbits
A sore that does not heal
U nusual bleeding or discharge
T hickening or lump in the breast, testicles, or
elsewhere
I ndigestion or difficulty swallowing
O bvious change in the size, color, shape, or
thickness of a wart, mole, or mouth sore
N aging cough or hoarseness
U nexplained weight loss
S evere pain

Cancer that begins in the skin or in tissues that line or cover internal organs.
Carcinoma?
Cancer that begins in bone, cartilage, fat,
muscle, blood vessels, or other connective or supportive tissue.
Sarcoma
Cancer that starts in blood-forming tissue
such as the bone marrow and causes large numbers of
abnormal blood cells to be produced and enter the blood.
Leukemia
Develop in the glands or nodes of the
lymphatic system.
Lymphoma
Is cancer that originates in the plasma cells of bone marrow.
