Define Physiology
The study in living organisms of how things work and what they do.
What is systemic anatomy?
The study of the form and structure of different body systems
What is microscopic anatomy?
The study of the structure of cells, tissues, and organs of the body as seen with a microscope.
What are the four primary tissues?
Epithelial, Connective, Muscle& Nervous
What is the purpose of the 4 primary tissues?
Epithelial - covers and lines, Connective - provides support, Muscle- enables movement & Nervous - controls work.
