SEPTIC SCREEN ○ Blood cultures ○ Urine cultures ○ CSF-lumbar puncture GROUP AND COOMBS TEST (DCT) ○ Checks for presence of antibodies on red cells showing there is immune haemolysis going on ○ Clumping=positive test FBC TO TEST HEAMOGLOBIN MATERNAL GROUP AND ANTIBODIES
