Pyogenic infections (pus causing infections of soft tissues)

Corticosteroids
Cancer
Tissue inflammation e.g. MI, colitis, myocarditis, pancreatitis

How do you differentiate between reactive neutrophilia and CML neutrophilia?
A
CML neutrophila - you also have basophilia
Reactive neutrophilia - you have toxic granulation and vacuoles
