KISS - Keep it simple Stupid
Don’t make it complicated
SHE - Succinct (to the point - don’t over complicate, Honest, engaging)
They want to hear you resolved a situation with any conflict that occurred.
Never leave the interview without telling them 2 things
1: That you really want the job
2: Why you would be great at this job
Practice it until you believe it too.
Steve says just make a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Smile a lot and just be yourself.
He says the interview was relaxed and they just want you to be relaxed and yourself.
They want to also know you really want the job and to see some passion and determination for the job.
