- ensure our colleagues are onhand at every touch point throughout the customer journey to ensure they have a good experience
- continued investment in technology to deliver seemless customer experience

4: Continued investment supporting sustainable long term growth
- carefully considered investment to ensure profit and cash flow growth is sustainable
