Draken- RAF Training Contracts (believed to be multiengine, unsure of aircraft types)

Gama Aviation- Hospital Flights with BE20s

Eurocargo- Fleet of A340s that fly to numerous different destinations, is an area of expansion for the airport after it started flying PPE into the airport during COVID.

UKP- Police Helicopter also based on the northside

Various maintenance facilities including paint shops and a PC12 hangar

Closure and opening of different Critical Parts dependent on Aircraft Parking

Staffing

Taxiway layout, especially regarding rwy 26 end and taxiway N, and condition of certain taxiways

Large number of crossing vehicles necessitated by Airport layout, large amount of ground vehicles

Relationship with Southampton Airport can be difficult at times due to Southampton historically controlling the airspace. Lots of co-ordination required for departure clearances

Expansion of passenger numbers to over 1 million predicted and planned for this year

Extra Ryanair flight to be based, 20th destination from Airport to be added.

WIP to expand and modernise, uncertain of budget off the top of my head believe its £5m

When the reported ground visibility at the aerodrome is less than 1500 m, ATC may issue a Special VFR clearance for a flight crossing the control zone and not intending to take off or land at an aerodrome within a control zone, or enter the aerodrome traffic zone or aerodrome traffic circuit when the flight visibility reported by the pilot is not less than 1500 m, or for helicopters, not less than 800 m (GM1 SERA.5010(c)).
