The way I focused on idea generation was going through the Russell 3000 looking for attractive opportunities. I’ve since adapted my methods to one that involves meeting with customers and talking with analysts

What motivates you
Internal vs. External locus of control
Desire for continuous improvement. Be better than I was yesterday. I challenge myself to go to bed smarter than I was the day before
Tell me about a time where you experienced conflict and how you dealt with it
Team situation:
On exchange, had to create a presentation about apples ethical dilemmas in supply chain,
It was tough to get everyone on the same page, asses people’s strengths and weakness upfront
I learned it’s better (especially in an international team) to prioritice communication. It’s better to overcummonicate than under.

Why are you interested in finance
When a sophomore in high school, i wanted to be a neuro surgeon. After doing my first dissection of a fetal pig i realized that i wanted to do something else. After picking up and reading several books on investing ,i realized i could make a career out of this.
