A
Major, minor, perfect, augmented, diminished

Chromatic intervals
A
Intervals that contain notes that are not part of the major or minor scales above the tonic

Augmented intervals
A
One note is raised by a semitone from major, minor or perfect intervals

Diminished intervals
A
One note is lowered by a semitone from major, minor or perfect intervals

Compound intervals
A
Intervals greater than one octave, these can be named two ways (eg. a major 10th is also a compound major 3rd)
