  • autoimmune -> scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, vasculitis, sarcoidosis

  • stop smoking

  • corticosteroid -> in hypersensitivity pneumonitis
  • anti-fibrotic agents (Pirfenidone or Nintedanib) -> for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
  • lung transplant if advanced
