A

A

A

1). Must limit tariffs to negotiated bound rates
2). Most-Favoured-Nation status, cant offer special treatment except for regional PTAs eg. USA Canada

A

A member state that has suffered harm from a WTO violation can bring complaint to panel of 3 WTO experts who report recommendations, states can appeal to WTO appellate body, member states vote but can only be rejected unanimously
