1 +/- 5 NM for 95% of the flight time
2 Must be able to perform a RAIM checkoff more than 5 min for all the B-RNAV portion of the flight

Proof of B-RNAV
1 Non -comercial - B-RNAV or RNAV5 approval statement in the AFM Limitation or Navigational supplement
LOA not required
2 Comercial OPS - Need ops Specs for B-RNAV approval
P-RNAV must satisfy
1NM for the 95% of the intended track / flight time
P-RNAV is
1 Used only in terminal areas - STAR / SID 2 Lateral & Longitudinal Nav 3 Is NOT mandatory 3 Requires integrity check by the crew 4 Based on WGS -84 coordinates 5 Temp correction not addressed 6 Dual P-RNAV req identified in AIP
Getting approval for P-RNAV
2 way process
AFM - Aircraft is P-RNAV approved
and
Formal approval by the state of registry : USA 91 LOA / 135 Op Spec approval
