NSW: costs of living and traffic congestion
VIC: higher costs of living
QLD: attractive - lower costs of living, warm climate, chilled lifestyle, moving for employment and to retire - mining and farming
SA: young people are moving to bigger cities (melbourne and sydney)
WA: mining industry attracts people
TAS: may have growth due to climate change, agricultural industries and few water supply issues
NT: employment opportunities, although it is a remote area
ACT: University city, large government employment sector.
