School ethos and hidden curriculum
Character, atmosphere or climate e.g.:
- all pupils valued, awarded, encouraged to fulfil potential
- parents involved to get involved with their learning
- Emphasis on equal opportunities
- Emphasis on academic, artistic, sport success
Hidden curriculum
Ethos of school normally reflected in and supported by hidden curriculum. Kids learn attitudes and values reflected in schools.
