You’re completing an annual evaluation and are reviewing an officer CHP 100 forms. You noticed during a ride along, a month ago, you observe the officers arrest (1) DUI suspect. However, while reviewing his 100 form for that particular day you notice he documented 3 DUI arrests. After noticing this you also notice the number of citations has been inflated as well for the same day. When you discuss this with a peer, he/she suggested to speak to the officer immediately and get to the bottom of this issue. How would you handle the situation?
