accurately measures hypothetical idea

the test predicts future performance

the test generates constant results
Test-Retest Reliability
will the test give the same results= if used again
Split-Half Reliability
do the halves of same test give same results
Stereotype Threat
feeling one is being looked at though a negative stereotype causing negative performance
Stereotype Lift
people preform better because of positive stereotype
Within Group
comparing scores in a group will vary more
Between Group
comparing scores of 2 groups will be similar
