- systemic: HYPOglycemia
- local: erythema, swelling, pruritus

Implications
A
- double check med - HIGH ALERT
- check blood glucose Q6 hours or more if stressed
- symptoms of HYPOglycemia: tired, tingling in hands, mouth, feet, tachycardia, irritable, restless, excessive hunger, diaphoresis
- early symptoms of HYPERglycemia: increased thirst, increased voiding w/sugar in urine, fatigue, headache, blurred vision
- late symptoms: fruity mouth, N/V
- lab lookout: fasting BS 70-100
