ppl w/asthma at risk for developing allergic reaction to ASA
do not crush or chew enteric coated tablets, administer w/meals, food, or antacids to reduce gastric irritation
take w/full glass of water, remain upright for 15-30 min
Lab lookout: bleeding time 1-3 min
