VOR equipment checks
91.171
Must log: date, place, bearing error, and signature
VOT: +/- 4° Published in A/FD, tune and Identify 180TO/360 FROM
Ground checkpoint: +/- 4° specific point specified in A/FD
Airborne check point: +/-6°, located over easily identifiable feature on the ground, listed in A/FD
VOR/VOR: +/- 4°, dual in air check
VOR radial on airway centerline over ground point +/- 6°
Radiated test signal by A&P only.
