A
RICS Homebuyer Report:
- resi conventional in type and structure and apparently in reasonable condition, from Victorian to present day
- assesses the general condition of the main elements
- less comprehensive than L3 Building Survey
RICS Homebuyer Report with valuation:
- assesses general condition of main elements,
identifies particular features affecting present value/future resale
Building Survey:
- inc roof space, floors and services
- condition ratings 3 2 1 Not Inspected
Condition Survey:
- less comprehensive than Homebuyer report or Building Survey
