A

Optical mark reader-Marks placed by user in certain places on paper .each location equals to a value
example:lottery tickets ,multiple choice exams
good for this choice because their are only limited number of answers(accurate)

What is OCR?

A

optical character recognition(records images by scanning letters)
the scanned image is compared to a library of possible characters for best fit then stored digitally
example it can be used for blind people reading books or mail
