Clinical picture:
-Inguinal swelling may reach scrotum
-doesn’t illuminate
Treatment:
-Herniotomy via inguinal incision the next few days

-Clinical picture: Scrotal swelling, illuminate
-Treatment: Ligation of processes vaginalis by inguinal incision at age of 1-2 years

-treatment: urgent exploration on testis and de-twist and orchiopexy

-clinical picture: sudden onset scrotal pain with black spot above the testis.
-treatment: explore and removal as may be doubt with torsion testis
