Infratemporal and Pterygopalatine Fossa Flashcards

1
Q

Temperomandibular Joint Ligaments

Joint has disc, and is atypical synovial joint

A

Joint itself is from condylar part of the mandible and mandibular fossa of temporal bone

Lateral; sphenomandibular and stylomandibular ligaments hold
