Structural or hormonal (undescended testes, hypospadias, varicocele (vericose vein of scrotum) low testosterone levels
Azoospermia: no sperm cells produced
Oligospermia: few produced

Detecting ovulation, hormone analysis, ultrasounds, timed endometrial biopsy
