2 main tubal factors causing infertility
1- PID and endometriosis
2- adhesions
3- ruptured appendix
4- imperforate hymen (retrograde menstruation, blood accumulates, infection)

- fibroids that are intramural - 5cm cut off
- polyps
On the inside a septate and bicornate uterus
DONT look different, x-ray might look the same
Difference between a bicornate and septate uterus
the bicornate is a heart onthe outside and inside!
the septate, is normal on the outside

Likely have a breach baby
more likely to have a miscarriage
Sperm morphology
200-300million sperm per orgasm
WHO guidelines are for 20-40 million/ml
Patients who are carriers for CF
Congenital absence of the vas deferens
Ovulation medications
1- SERM -
2- Estrogen aromatase inhibitor -
3- recombinant FSH
