How can chickunggunya be distinguished from Dengue?
Chick. is more likely to cause high fever, severe polyarthralgia, arthritis, rash and lymphopenia; Dengue more likely to cause neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, hemorrhage

What is the course of dengue fever manifestation?
Symptoms begin 4-7 days after mosquito bite and last 3-10 days and include severe headache and pains in muscles and joints
