WHAT IS FOOD SECURITY?
A term used to describe a condition in which all people at all times have access to enough safe nutritious food to sustain a healthy life.
WHAT ARE NATURAL RESOURCES AND HOW DO THEY EFFECT INEQUALITY?
Natural resources include a country’s mineral, petroleum, timber and hydropower reserves, align with any other resources that can be used commercially to improve wealth of the country. Fossil fuels, oil and mineral are such examples. Natural resources are considered of such high value that, throughout history, access to them has been a common conflict between countries.
HOW DOES LOCATION EFFECT INEQUALITY?
Location makes up for the loss made in natural resources. When a country doesn’t have the natural resources to bring in wealth, the flow of good and trade will compensate for it. Location also effects the ability to access trade routes.
